Quaker Oats Costco Rebate
QUAKER® OATS RECIPES AND REBATE (“REBATE”)
BUY one (1) 2-pack of 5 lb. bags of Quaker® Oats Whole Grain Oats (“Participating Products”) at Costco between 11/6/23 and 1/5/24 (“Purchase Period”) (collectively, “Qualifying Purchase”). SCAN the QR code found on the in-store point-of-sale (“POS”) signage to go to the Website or go online directly to www.QuakerOatsRecipesandRebate.com (“Website”). TAKE A PIC with your wireless device of your original itemized Costco cash register receipt showing your Qualifying Purchase during the Purchase Period; and follow instructions at the Website to complete the rebate form (collectively, “Required items”) and upload the picture your receipt by 11:59:59 PM on 1/10/24. Photo must include the entire receipt from top to bottom, including all four (4) corners. For longer receipts, scan or take picture in sections and send portions as instructed on the Website. Be sure that the store name, date, Participating Product / bar code and purchase price is legible in your image(s). Blurry and/or unreadable receipt images will be rejected. RECEIVE a Rebate check for $5.00 via U.S. Mail (no P.O. Boxes) within 12-weeks upon receipt and verification of Required Items.
Terms and Conditions
Limit three (3) Rebates per household/address. Participants may submit up to three (3) Rebate submissions on one (1) Costco receipt that includes three (3) Qualifying Purchases of Participating Products. Rebate offer available by receipt upload with Required Items to Website only. No reproductions or facsimiles of Qualifying Purchase receipt, or incomplete rebate forms will be accepted. Rebate form has no cash value. Rebate submissions must be completed by 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 1/10/24. No rebate forms will be returned. Checks are void if not cashed within 180 days and cannot be re-issued. Rebate offer valid only on Qualifying Purchase of a Participating Product made from participating Costco stores in the United States or District of Columbia during the Purchase Period. Employees of The Quaker Oats Company, participating retailers and promotion agencies (“Promotion Entities”) are not eligible for this rebate offer. Rebate offer void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Misuse or fraud will void this rebate offer. Each Qualifying Purchase can only qualify towards one (1) rebate, and a receipt can only be submitted once. By uploading a submission from your wireless device, the participant grants permission to the Sponsor to notify them via a return email message and must agree to accept all applicable charges associated therewith. You are responsible for all applicable fees and taxes associated with uploading submission from a wireless device. You may opt-out of receiving the promotional messages from Sponsor at any time after receipt of the confirmation message by clicking on the UNSUBSCRIBE link at the bottom of the email. Proof of uploading a receipt is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor or its designee of submission materials.
Promotion Entities are not responsible for human, printing, distribution or production errors of any kind in connection with the Promotion. Promotion Entities are not responsible or liable for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate submission information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Rebate; (c) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or Website or any combination thereof; (d) suspended or discontinued Internet or wireless service; (e) typographical, human or other errors in the programming, offer or administration of this Rebate, including but not limited to errors in advertising, in the Terms and Conditions, in the determination and announcement of Rebate recipients and/or in the distribution of any Rebate checks; (f) any injury or damage to entrants or to any person's computer or mobile device which may be related to or result from any attempt to participate in the Rebate; or (g) cheating or fraud by any participant or other individual.
If, in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the Rebate, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Rebate, the Sponsor and its Rebate Administrator reserves the right to disqualify suspect submissions or modify the Rebate in a manner deemed appropriate by the Sponsor/Administrator, at the Sponsor’s/Administrator’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the operation of the Rebate. Promotion Entities are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, damaged, undelivered rebate submissions. Please allow 12 weeks to process. Rebate offer available to individual consumers making retail purchase only. Offer may not be sold, traded, assigned or transferred.
