RECEIPT ERROR CODE

Error Code 1: Incomplete Receipt Error Code

Recapture and resubmit image(s) of one receipt, being sure to:

Show entire receipt or take multiple photos for a long receipt:
Lay receipt flat and in good lighting to prevent blurry image, and make sure each line can be clearly read

Error Code 5: Duplicate Receipts

Don't resubmit this receipt- it will be rejected.

Error Code 6: Limit of Rebates

You've hit your limit! Limit of 3 rebate offers per household.

Error Code 7: Invalid Receipt Error Code
Error Code 8: Invalid File Size Error Code
Error Code 9: Invalid File Type

Recapture and resubmit image(s) being sure to:

Submit image(s) of one receipt against a neutral background.
Valid file types: .jpeg/jpg, png and pdf

Tips

COMPLETE RECEIPT

Your complete receipt must be submitted. You can take multiple photos for long receipts. Each participant must purchase Quaker Oats Old Fashioned Oatmeal, 10 lbs from Costco. All purchases must be made during the Offer Period to be eligible for this Offer. Receipt must also contain the date of purchase. Duplicate receipts will not be accepted.

PARTICIPATING PRODUCT ONLY

Make sure Quaker Oats Old Fashioned Oatmeal, 10 lbs is on your submitted receipt. Look for promotion messaging in store.

TAKE CLEAR, LEGIBLE PHOTOS

When preparing to take a photo, lay your receipt on a flat surface in good light and hold your camera or phone parallel to it. Be sure the store name, date, bar code, purchased items and prices are readable in your image(s). Blurry or unreadable receipt images wilI be rejected.

SUBMIT YOUR RECEIPT ON TIME

Purchases for this offer must be made between 11/6/23 - 1/5/24 and receipts must be submitted by 1/10/24. Receipt upload must be completed during the offer period.

DUPLICATE RECEIPTS

Each receipt can be submitted once - duplicate receipts will not be accepted.

SUBMIT THE RIGHT KIND OF FILE AND SIZE

The file must be in .JPEG, .JPG, PNG, or GIF, format and may not exceed 10MB. A Qualifying Purchase receipt may only be used once to receive a rebate. A Qualifying Purchase receipt may not be used by more than one (1) participant and will be rejected.

It may take up to 12 weeks to process your rebate.
